EVENT OVERVIEW
- Kick off the Jim Bowie Days State Championship Smokedown with an exciting Friday Night Steak Challenge at Pelham Park. Cook teams and fans alike can enjoy an evening of great food, live entertainment, and championship-level competition as the weekend begins. Friday night also features live music from Toby Wayne, with the full State Championship Smokedown continuing Saturday with beans, chicken, pork spare ribs, and brisket categories competing for the $5,000 total payout.
